Our Mission

Our mission at Steven’s Way is to provide a structured, safe and supportive sober living environment for individuals in recovery from substance use disorder. We are committed to operating with integrity and transparency, ensuring that every resident is treated with dignity and respect.

This mission is carried forward in honor of Steven Weber, Jr., who had a heart filled with love and compassion for every person he met along his own recovery journey. Steven’s belief in ethical, resident-centered recovery housing guides our commitment to providing home environments that humanely and respectfully honor the dignity of every resident.

Vision Statement

Our vision is a recovery housing community where sober living homes operate with integrity and transparency, and individuals in recovery are treated with respect. We envision home environments that empower residents through peer support, shared responsibility and accountability. Our homes foster safety, belonging, personal growth and long-term recovery. Guided by nationally recognized recovery housing principles, we seek to model sober living as a bridge to independent and sustainable lives free from drugs and alcohol. We will never exploit vulnerability. We will always honor the humanity of those we serve.
